I'm pleased to be the featured artist on the 19th annual concert celebrating the installation of the church's wonderful pipe organ built by Orgues Létourneau. For more information about this unique instrument, visit https://www.redeemer.org/music/letourneau-pipe-organ/.

My concert, titled “Memories and Mutations,” is inspired by the virus that continues to shape our lives. In reaction, we are called to treasure memories more than ever, and to adapt, to mutate our behaviors and attitudes, even as the virus mutates and provides new challenges. Hear how composers can help us and inspire us.

Planned repertoire includes:

JOHANN SEBASTIAN BACH (1685-1750): Sinfonia from Cantata No. 29: Wir danken dir, Gott (We Thank Thee, God)

J.S. BACH: Passacaglia, BWV 582

MAURICE DURUFLÉ (1902-1986): Prelude and Fugue on the Name ALAIN

PAUL AYRES (b. 1970): Aria and Intermezzo from Suite for Eric

MARY BETH BENNETT (b. 1954): Hommage à Langlais: Song of Peace in a Time of War

HEALEY WILLAN (1880-1968): Introduction, Passacaglia, and Fugue
